Welcome to my new web site!

In 2002, the Wynton Marsalis fan club was started by my great friend and fellow trumpeter Luigi Beverelli. It was a labor of love. Luigi was just doing his thing. At that time i didn’t even know how to turn a computer on! Now with Luigi’s encouragement I will have much more participation with you through this site.
Since its launch, the fan club has become the source on the web for news and information on me. Read by fans in more than 30 countries, it is now the recognized source for exclusive interviews, detailed album and concert reviews, feature articles, video, podcast and more.
From today, this site will be my only and official web site, and you will always find the latest news, performance reports, setlists, new release information and much more to keep you updated about my music.

Love, Wynton

Photos: Wynton playing at Ronnie Scott’s in London

We just came back from London, and are ready to show you new and exciting photos from Wynton’s concerts at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London. (The video clip are also coming soon !)
Wynton played wonderfully (even if he’s still recovering from his laser surgery).
He needs to practice more but his lips are getting better everyday.

He has a lot of things to do…he’s still finishing to write the Vitoria Suite, and he’s writing a new book.
Most of all, in September, he will participate to new fan club activities on our web site. Please, stay tuned.

Welcome to our new site !

As you may have already noticed, we have just redesigned this site style and logo. The first version of this fan club was created on 2002, so we decided to freshen up the site with a new look.
Lastly, I’ve tested this new design in Safari 2.0.3, Firefox 1.5.0.1, and Opera 8.51 on Mac OS X, and Firefox and IE 6 on Windows. We know there are some bugs to be fixed.
If you find any bugs in any browsers you’re using, please drop us a line here. Thank you in advance !
We hope you enjoy it!
