My reply simply was nothing, I have everything. Then she asked do you have a ticket to see Wynton Marsalis? and of cousre I did not. She give me a white envelope and said here's your Christmas gift. One ticket just for me, not my family, just me. In March, I am going to see for myself what I have watched and heard others talk about. I am Blessed!! And to meet Wynton, even more so as I have loved his music since he played with Blakey. Once in a great while there is a "rennaisance" man of his craft. And Wynton is it in the tradition of Louis Armstring, Duke and Miles and Bird and Coltrane. That's fine company.
