President Obama not only talked about jazz but, more important, about being a good father. I hope Wynton actually watched this video (since I’m sure it was posted on this site by someone else) because I have heard that he has several children but has never been married. I realize that its a personal choice but given that 8 out of 10 African-American children in the U.S. are now born to unwed mothers and struggle with violence, crime, high dropout and poverty, I hope Wynton is not only a great musician but also a great father, which is far more important in my opinion.
