Wynton to perform at TransAfrica Forum Gala
On December 3, 2008, Wyton and his Quintet will perform at TransAfrica Forum Gala in Washington, DC.
The concert will take place at 7:00 p.m. at Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC (400 New Jersey Avenue, NW).
TransAfrica Forum, Inc. serves as an educational and organizing center that encourages progressive viewpoints in the United States foreign policy arena and advocates justice for the people of Africa and the African Diaspora.

That’s right, Cultural Ambassador Marsalis. Look out for Damien Pwono at this thing. Pwono spoke at the Cultural Economy Forum in New Orleans last month.
