Wynton tells about Jazz and the night on NY1.com
As part of NY1’s Jazz Lives Here coverage, Arts Reporter Stephanie Simon took a day-long tour of the world of jazz in New York City. In the early morning she interviewed Wynton at home, and he improvised at the piano and with the trumpet and told some funny anecdotes.

3/4 hours a night is complete mistreatment of your bed!!!!!!!!
Hope it does not let you down!
YOu take better care of your bus, your car, your home, your clothes,…
What about your body, your cells, your nerves,..so it can keep on playing at this high level.
Nice, sleek, sharp, sophisticated blues otherwise.

Really liked it.
Wynton looking and sounding so natural, spontaneous and close as always.
Also beautiful “situm” and views.
I would like to listen Wynton playing piano. Did he ever performed with piano in concert?
Best.

..sorry for keyboard “lapsus”….meant “situs”/”situs loci” not “situm”.
BTW, don´t know if it´s could look as a too personal and an inadequate question…may I ask if Wynton follows a special health diet, health training, exercises or others for overcoming such hard schedule as his (travels, concerts, classes, conferences, interviews, changing hours, meals, partys..) and still finding time to compose??…..it is as if his days had 30 hours or even more………….simply amazing!
