Photo and video from In This House, on This Morning concert

Last week, Wynton and his Septet performed at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall to celebrate the 15th anniversary of In This House, On This Morning. Thanks to JALC we have some nice photos from the event.
In addition, on May 24 Wynton was interviewed by Harry Smith for CBS The Early Show.
Harry had a dream come true when he got to spend an afternoon playing the tuba with the Septet and Wynton during rehearsals at Lincoln Center.
He compared playing with Wynton to someone else’s dream of “playing with the New York Giants.”

Wonderful!! It was good to see Todd Williams with the band after so long. I’m not the least bit surprised that they played through the first movement without stopping; just goes to show that they are some darn good musicians.
