In This House, On this Morning concert reviewed by the New York Times
On May 24, 25, 2007, Wynton and his Septet performed in Rose Theater at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall to celebrate the 15th anniversary of In This House, On This Morning.
The New York Times has just published a review about the first evening.
You can also take a look to a video-clip of the Wynton Marsalis Septet playing Holy Ghost, one of the most exciting tunes from that album. It was shooted live in Italy on 1993 !
In This House, on This Morning will be performed again tonight at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, 60th Street and Broadway.

Simply….
AMAAAAAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wynton at his best, as composer and smoking (literally) trumpet.
I can “see and listen” Holly Ghost doing choirs and tapping feet.
What a rhythm and fire!
Thanks for this music! Go on!
Take care.

P.S.:

Thanks in advance for any review.
