The clip is too short. I want to hear the full version of “Where Y’all At.” It list Walter Blanding on saxophone, yet Wessell Anderson is seen in the clip. Is he playing on just “Where Y’all At” or the entire session? Will this ever be released in the US? Or will some of the songs be appearing on the new cd? Thank you Luigi.

Well I am thrilled with the new tour dates. Will surely try to see where I can go and how often! Savannah looks good…Toronto too…Meridian, MS (anywhere near you glo?), Chapel Hill? Are you near there Sonalii? One of my favorite places, Asheville…yes, what a wonderful schedule.

We really should take this fan club on the road and have a “pep group” when the guys perform. We should have special hats or bags or something to make ourselves known, recognizable.

    Thanks for listing.

    Nice idea Jurzy,
    whe’re planning a restyling….and a new logo.

May be we are going to create some hats or t-shirts….. :)

Great news! The new song will be on new album. For concert attendance (thanks N!) we’ll look at schedules — (everyone has different dates for Spring break so it’s hard to coordinate) and let you know off-line J… How do you do that? Bandlady, didn’t you figure it out? If you know how to do this, Jurzy or Bandlady, please inform! By the way, how’s the reading?

A scarf would be nice, Luigi, it’s freezing around here, and usually chilly in the venues at any time of year. A little different from t-shirts, this is simply a suggestion. You’re very thoughtful! Please consider sparkle for the more mature fan members, stylish enough for teens and twenties so they won’t be embarrassed to be seen with us. I guess that would lead us back to t-shirts, a universally safe option.

The fan club on the road pep group sounds good. Jurzy, I’m actually near Atlanta, so I will be attending the Atlanta concert and if funds permit, the Savannah one as well. Thanks for clarifying the information Luigi.

We’ll do something for the fans on tour in the future…

GLoria, the scarf is a nice idea :)

Basic black is always good, with your bright new logo. Scarves for women, caps for guys. The Ungroupies… well, we don’t fit any profile… Sonalii, Atlanta might work! Can’t place Meridian…Glo.

    Hey all,

“Where ya’ll at” is on the new album, and it is Walter not Wess, the full version is pretty darn good, and is calling out everyone for some type of social awareness and change…this album may upset a lot of folks in kind of an “angry Mingusian Social Statement” mannner…most of you will love it…my favorite is something I believe is called “Return to Romance”..whew…deep.

I like “where Y’all at” too and I can certainly see the Mingusian thing but I like, love actually, Mingus too. I also liked the “Return to Romance” song (not sure of the title) and a few others selections that will be on the new CD. I think this CD will be quite an innovative mixture of Wynton’s talents and aspirations; we get a really nice sampling of is diversity as an artist/composer.

When is it coming out and what’s the name of the album?
