Happy Birthday! I remember Bleeker Street, the Jazz Forum, and Silver Spring.
May you have many more Birthdays to come. You have touched so many lives, and there are still more who need to learn from you. Without you being born THIS day, where would the world of Jazz be?
I would be remiss in my duties as a “hero worshipper” if I did not add my voice to the celebration…”Feliz Cumpleanos”; “Otanjyobi O medetou”; “Eku ojo ibi”; “Janaam din mubarakh”; and, “Happy Birthday” to an earthly man who is legendary in his own right.
Wishing you a very happy birthday Wynton! The greatest gift you’ve given us is your music. May this special day bring you all the happiness and love you so deserve
In the midst of your ever busy schedule propagating this generous american music, may you allow yourself treats that you crave for, so you can keep on swinging harder.

Congratulations for making it another year. After the time that our country is in, it is hard to believe that we may make it through a whole year. May the next year be easier for New Orleans, the soldiers in Iraq and us struggling musicians. Happy Birthday and hope to meet up with again some time soon.
Happy Birthday Wynton! Hope your day is as special as your trumpet playing is. I play the trumpet too in London, and saw you perform your ‘All Rise’ with the LPO at the Royal Albert Hall. It was such a great concert and I feel priveleged to finally have seen you in concert-what a great piece! You have inspired me loads and I hope to play to a professional level too (not as good as you). Have a great day
what a wonderful surprise!
44 is my magic number. And you are magical as well…
Let this magic bring you closer to your self, to God. To the truth.
And since this is the first time I adress you, I must acknowledge what a cool guy you are!! You give me shivers, but PLEASE keep it up!! Never give up, I wish that…
Happy Birthday Wynton. Man, thanks for playing so well. I went to the shed after hearing seeing you perform for the new apple IPOD annoucement. Enjoy your birthday and keep swinging hard.
