Wynton will appear tonight in a PBS homage to Louis Armstrong
Tonight’s PBS “American Masters” encore will show: “Satchmo: The Life of Louis Armstrong”.
Wynton will appear in the program on PBS to explain the difference between technique and nuance - and why Armstrong was so amazing at both.

I have a new respect for Louis Armstrong after viewing this program. Wynton’s comments, along with those from the other artists, were very insightful.

I watched the “American Masters” episode and appreciated Wynton Marsalis’ comments on the complexity Louis Armstrong’s music. He cited a specific tune, however, I did not catch the name. I know little about music but aam trying to learn more. I would like to go back and listen in leasure. Can anyone help me out with the name of that tune? Thanks.
