Battle solos with McBride on “Hush”, then soars on “Come Sunday”; Also Marsalis’ “Spring Yaounde” and Chestnut’s joyous “Come Ye Disconsolate.”

I totally Dig when Kathleen Battle performs with jazz musicians - it’s such a great blend!!! My fave on this broadcast is “Hush” I dig it more than the one on her album with Grover Wash…
